Child Safety Standards

• Yarbuddy and T GROWS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED strictly and unequivocally prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms across our application, services, and infrastructure.
• We maintain absolute zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, child sexual exploitation, or any conduct that compromises the safety or well-being of minors.
• Any user who attempts to produce, upload, transmit, share, request, promote, or solicit CSAE or CSAM will be subject to immediate and permanent account termination, device bans, and immediate referral to national and international law enforcement agencies including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

• Yarbuddy is an adult-only friendship and dating platform exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. Minors under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing, or using Yarbuddy.
• Age verification: During registration, every member must confirm their date of birth. Any account suspected or reported to belong to an individual under 18 is immediately frozen pending age verification.
• If an account cannot conclusively prove majority (18+), the account and all associated profile data are permanently terminated and purged.

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on Yarbuddy under all circumstances:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, photo, illustration, video, animation, or computer-generated/AI representation showing a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or in a sexually suggestive or lewd context.
• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any act or behavior facilitating the exploitation, abuse, sexualization, or commodification of a minor.
• Online Child Grooming: Establishing a relationship or trust with a minor, or pretending to engage with a minor, for the purpose of sexual exploitation, requesting private or explicit content, or attempting to arrange offline contact.
• Minor Solicitation or Sextortion: Requesting, encouraging, coercing, or blackmailing anyone to produce, share, or transmit explicit content of a minor.
• Underage Impersonation: Posing as a minor, using photos depicting minors, or attempting to interact romantically or sexually with someone believed to be under 18.
• Links & External Sharing: Sharing web links, usernames, phone numbers, or external platform references intended to facilitate access to CSAM or child exploitation.

• Mandatory Human Photo Moderation: 100% of photos uploaded to Yarbuddy are held in a pending state and reviewed by trained human moderators before they can ever appear in the feed or be seen by other users. No photo is published first and reviewed later.
• Automated Text & Keyword Filters: All bios, profile prompts, notes, and messages are screened in real time by automated content filters designed to block inappropriate keywords, phone/contact solicitation, grooming language, and terms related to minors.
• Continuous Account Auditing: Accounts flagged for rapid reporting or suspicious activity are isolated immediately and routed to human review.

• In-App Reporting (Fastest for Users): Tap the ••• (more options) menu located in the top corner of any chat conversation or user profile. Select “Report”, then select “Underage suspicion” or “Inappropriate content”. Reporting automatically blocks the user for you immediately and escalates the ticket to our highest-priority moderation queue.
• Dedicated Email Point of Contact (Available to Users, Non-Users & Public): Email our Child Safety Point of Contact directly at contact@tgrows.com with subject line “URGENT: Child Safety Concern”. Please provide the user's display name, profile link or screenshot, and any relevant details.

Upon receiving any report or identifying any potential instance of CSAE or CSAM, our safety team executes the following mandatory protocol without delay:

• Immediate Removal & Account Ban: The flagged account is immediately disabled, all associated content is removed from the platform, and hardware/device fingerprints and phone numbers are permanently blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
• Evidence Preservation: In compliance with international legal standards and domestic criminal procedure, relevant server logs, message data, and identifiers are securely preserved for law enforcement.
• Reporting to NCMEC: As part of our commitment to global child protection, we submit reports of CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We actively cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities, including India's Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), CERT-In, and international police agencies, providing information in response to lawful requests and subpoenas.

• Yarbuddy is an adult dating and social connection service not intended for or directed to children under 18.
• If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your minor child has created an account on Yarbuddy, please contact our Child Safety Point of Contact immediately at contact@tgrows.com.
• Include your child’s phone number, email, or display name so our team can immediately verify, suspend the account, and delete all associated personal data from our systems.
